This license allows the customer to:

Rebrand and modify the software
Develop new features on top of the code
However, the customer is not permitted to:
Resell, redistribute, or transfer the product to third parties
Use one license for multiple separate platforms
Sell cloned versions of the product
Provide the code publicly or share it in open repositories
If a customer wishes to use the software to build platforms for resale, each platform requires a separate license (1 product = 1 license).
